This stately, modern and lively public toilet is sure to impress you! The mirrors are genuine Italian glass imported directly from Sicily, which are trimmed with the same beautiful brass mentioned before. The walls are painted a Royal purple hue, and are lavishly decorated with Renaissance era artworks from celebrated masters such as Raphael, Van Eyck, Botticelli and Da Vinci. The stall dividers are equally lavish, embossed with Greek and Minoan style reliefs and mosaics. The floor is constructed from carefully masoned marble and polished granite. From the ceiling hangs chandeliers and the most efficient light bulbs, manufactured in Germany. Even more, the building is maintained and cleaned every day, and is always clean. Not the cleanest toilet

Bien que ces toilettes ne soient pas les plus propres de la Nouvelle Zélande, l'ambiance y est chaleureuse et les blagues fusent. Ça donne envie d'y retourner souvent

Mean, pissed all over the floor, toilet seat, walls and door.

These public toilets are a disgrace. The botanic gardens are one of the most popular tourist attractions in Christchurch and these facilities are no where near acceptable.They are old and haven't been refurbished in a long time. They are very smelly even though they are open air. They are always dirty with tissue and other stuff on the ground. They need to be cleaned much more frequently.On the plus side there is tissue and paper towels provided.
