I have been having my hair cut at Wass' for 18 months. All the boys have been very, very good. I believe this to be a very good business model with the mobile truck. And I am 62 y old. I had my haircut yesterday at Church Corner and very pleased. I will be back.

Went to the Rolleston one.Absolutely amazing, they treated my son with the same respect as a grown man. The cuts were exactly what we asked for and done quick and efficiently. I would recommend to anyone that this is the place to go. Not every business is perfect though and the only fault I found was they only gave my son a lollipop and not me.

Took my 5yr old to the Victoria St location tonight for a hair cut and he couldnt have left there any happier! Great pricing and super friendly service as well. We'll definitely be making this our go-to barber for both our kids from now on I think. Thanks again!

My boyfriend had an amazing experience at the Cashmere Road barber van!! I came along and was greeted pleasantly and the service was outstanding!! The manager did his hair cut and beard trim and it was done with precision and care and he came out looking amazing!!! I’d 100% recommend going here

The bro rushed my haircut so much, that’s the fastest haircut iv ever seen someone do haha! There was a couple people in the line so I get not wasting time, but geez! The cut turned out okay, bit uneven in length. Felt pretty concerning/discouraging how fast he rushed to get to next person however. I feel if he spent a normal amount of time on it he’d do an amazing cut though! Perhaps on a different day it could’ve gone so :)

Took my son here who has a triple crown. I have found it hard to fine a barber that can cut it correctly. Not only did the barber do a FANTASTIC job he was also super speedy. Although English is not his first language he still tried to interact with us. We will definitely be calling this place our new regular barbers. Many thanks Wass and team

Came in on Saturday arvo. Barber didn’t even say hello. I was the only customer except guy getting a cut. Waited 10mins for him to finish the he said he was off on a break. Maybe he had a bad day but not exactly great service

finally a good hairdresser! the only one in New Zealand that I have found! he knows his job, is very welcoming, is not more expensive than the others. the hair salon is unusual, because in a truck. and the material used is of quality, as well as the cut!

This address on Google says is it in city center. But, today I visited them. That near Countdown, Church corner, just next to the Salvation army shop. I probably would say around 40$ is expensive to a baber in a trailer/camper. They operate in a trailer which has been turned in to a good looking barber shop. Doesn't matter what nationality is the barber, seemed Arabic.

Ladies buzz cut. Victoria Street Barbers.Since I work nearby I thought I'd pop in for my first post-chemo buzz cut to tidy up the new regrowth. I didn't really think about the fact that this is a barbers for men so there was a bit of a misunderstanding at first but the boys were so lovely and we had a good chat about it and they kindly made an exception for me. Not a service for ladies so I won't recommend for women but I'd happily recommend for guys. They were very nice and am sure would do a fantastic job for any of you blokes.
