Pierce Flooring Xtra should be really proud of the quality professional and excellent value service that they provided me. I could not recommend Pierce Flooring Xtra highly enough to others -based on what they delivered for me with efficiency, care and absolute excellence. Despite being a previous loyal and caring Harrisons customer, I received the worst and most unprofessional service from Harrisons Carpets that I have ever experienced. When I tried to responsibly share my genuine concern for such a poor experience with the owner/manager Nickie at Harrisons I received no apology but justifications.. and rather than valuing an honest, genuine and caring customer.. she closed the door in my face. I then went straight down the road to Pierce Flooring Xtra and received outstandingly good service. Rose there, and the whole Pierce Team should be really proud. A carpet and lino job that Harrisons had eventually quoted at a very high price, and that they said could not be done for many weeks, was done the very next week by Pierce Flooring Xtra -who did an immaculate professional job, and saved me thousands of dollars. As a genuine, caring and responsible person and customer I returned to Harrisons to try to appropriately resolve any concerns. Rather than being listened to and appreciated as an honest, caring customer, I was falsely accused by Nickie's husband Leon of abusing" her. When I respectfully said that that was not the truth Leon said that he "didn't care" and ordered me out. I am sharing that because I would not want others to experience such a level of unprofessionalism. Harrisons Carpets should be really ashamed of such unprofessional treatment of a good customer. While the service I had in store was fantastic, the service after was unacceptable. Two days in a row no one showed to measure for my carpet. The first day a voice message was left to say he was running late, after waiting around home for an hour called Lance, only for him to tell me he was busy and wasn't coming. We rescheduled for the next day. An hour before he was due I rang to confirm he would be turning up, only to be spoken to rather rudely by Lance and again to have him say he was too busy to come. Major waste of my time. I took time off work to meet Lance yet that did not seem to concern him in the slightest. Major disappointment.

Brilliant service and great install 10 out of 10

I have just had my home recarpeted and I am thrilled with the result. The entire experience from start (measure up), quote and install was amazing. Communication from Flooring Xtra to myself was clear and concise. The install team were amazing. My home is large so it took two days to install. They showed immense respect for the home and their workmanship was quality plus. There were some tricky areas and lots of stairs but they delivered. I absolutely recommend them - Rose, who was the lead contact is so easy to deal with and her advice was so valuable. Gordon (Whangarei)
