This place charges 10% on thier exchange rates .... it's a dirty business.You actually get better rates at Auckland Airport.This man is to greedy.

Wholy moley! Worst customer service i have ever received. I was waiting 20 min at counter to be served. No one was there and when the staff member arrived there was no apology or anything. Very rude, will not be going back. I do not recommend visiting this currency store at all

Worst place ever. Don't go here. Doesn't communicate to you properly in advance and say they will do something for you and later they say they can't do that because I am exchanging less than 2500 nz dollar. Waste of time. Waste of money. Bank will do better rate than here.

I was a bit apprehensive about going in here after reading some of the reviews. They must have really changed their attitude. The guy working there on the 6th of this month was extremely polite and very very helpful. Very professional. I would definitely use them again

Unhelpful, rude and arrogant staff. Worst place i have ever visited, ever. The male servicing was demanding i do the transaction right that second else i would not be able to exchange the money i had.They seriously need to learn customer service skills!!!! Any one wanting to exchange money, go else where and get a better rate!

Just don't. Dude there either can't count or wilfully kept back 1000 pesos for himself so we had to go back and ask where the missing cash was. We gave him the benefit of the doubt that he plain can't count this time. Won't be going back though. Wish we'd read these other reviews before heading there. Lesson learned, again.

I was going to vietnam and brought some currency at a 10% exchange rate here at Lotus Browns Bay.Well now I go to Vietnam I find they charge 2-3% from an atm.This man is a rip off .... stay away.... 10% is ridiculous.

Excellent experience today. Very helpful assistant, good supply of what I was looking for (USD), good rates, no transaction fees and quick service. Liked the fact they gave an itemised receipt and accepted eftpos which the place I used yesterday didn't (only cash).

Never manned, teller just keeps writing notes that he's going to be back later, and never comes back. Terrible customer service.
