Drive through: place order with a coke. Pay, next window: coke with no ice, not even full. I ask for ice and get our ice machine is broken". "Can I get you a sprite?"Without ice? "Yes". Any cold drinks? "No"."

Finally a pleasant experience.Usually we a greeted with moody staff who don't look happy in there work.Last night they had a wonderful friendly manager on duty who was up beat happy in his work friendly, singing and all staff were happy in their work with a bounce in their step.You are a real asset to the company Kya.If only all managers had the same passion you do.Well done mate

Fresh burgers. Bit squished but well made and tasty. Kiosk didn't scan app code, as seems to be common now. Staff friendly, service quick.

Rainy day basic easy lunch. No vanilla shakes and self ordering system hadn't taken on board the fact it wasn't available. Told at counter when picking up rest of meal. Chocolate a reasonable substitute.

So great I just had muffin without butter and hash brown for the vegan options. The coffee was amazing huge variety of alternative milks.

always no salt on chips everytime i get a mcflury they always forget the the syrup in the mcfury no happy its happend bout 5 times now on night shift

At 9.28 pm 17 Feb 2023 I went and bought a fish burger. The girl taking the order in the drive through . Had no customer service skills. She was abrupt, used no manners or please or thank you. grunted and when after I paid she through the machine on the counter is a violent manner which I am amazed if it did not break. Once I paid she slamed the window shut leaving me stunned. I explained to the duty manager . I tried to find an email to express my dussapointment but to no avail . Hence the message. Grandson had voucher from rugby, that Te Puke McDpnalds honoured. lncredibly decent of them. Vouchet may have been got as player of the day last seaspn. Thank you so much, you made him so pleased. Being able to get the burger himself, and not having Gran pay.
