With the sudden passing of my husband's uncle Paul, with him in Auckland and us in Whanganui, we were at a loss of where to start. Leesa went above and beyond to give Paul a truly amazing send off. Nothing was to much, Leesa even rushed out to buy his outfit for the service! They made the whole process as easy as possible under the circumstances and our family will be forever grateful. I dealt mainly with Leesa from Epsom Funeral Home. She is so kind, caring and comforting. She has gone out of her way to help me on many occasions and it is hugely appreciated. We have traditional Cantonese background but some family members can only speak English. Sue’s bilingual ability and her Cantonese background really made things so much easier for all of us, right from the beginning of planning through to the burial ceremony. Stephen and Leesa were the funeral directors for my fathers recent passing. Absolutely amazing people, and very accomodating with what we were going through, from when they took dad away, the paper work, to the funeral service and beyond.They went out of their way to give us what my father wanted, and were available anytime of the day, evening and weekend.It's a tough time, but was made much easier by how they worked with us.
