10/10 experience with the crew. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and me and my mates enjoyed going up seeing the views of Lake WakitipuAlso, if you're a lab/dog lover, Barney also doubles as an excellent lifeguard and companion in chief.

We had the best time! So Organised and safe. Amazing views and take off and landing soo smooth! The organisers were extremely professional and ran on time, communication was outstanding! We highly recommend and we are 53 and 68!

Overall a great experience. Though disappointed that duration was to be an hour however the entire experience didn’t even last 30mins (10 mins for flight). Firstly, the staff were late (literally waking up and rushing). Things unorganised so do not book morning session. Camera was not placed nicely so our pictures didn’t come well which we paid for. Disappointed.

Did this with my two sons (ages 8 and 13). We all loved it. We have parasailed before but this experience was the best due to the incredible view. You get about 10 minutes in the air, which was plenty. Very convenient, being on the main wharf in central Queenstown.

Great experience.An amazing to have a bird-eye-view of the Queenstown and lakes area. Staffs are friendly and helpful, we had about a good ten minute time airborne, which is just the perfect length, the sale moves quite smoothly and calmly, very much like an outdoor elevator, to a comfortable height, which is very friendly to those who are terrified of thrill but still wanna enjoy the fun of fly.The only downside to be careful about is the long and somewhat boring boat ride when waiting for your turn to get on the sail and wait till everyone else on the boat finish with theirs, which could take up to an hour in a windy, rocky, and chilling boat ride. But I guess this is almost inevitable.

Good experience, kids loved it. Thought the photos could've been added on for no extra cost though. Spent over $600 for 5 people and photos. In flight probably about 5 minutes. One off the bucket list.

Such a good experience! It was amazing to experience the lake and the mountains from above. The staff were also fantastic and really friendly. Would definitely do this again if we ever come back to Queenstown!

Went out this morning and can't recommend it enough !!. The views are insane and you're well looked after by the knowledgeable team. 10/10!.
