Very disappointed: showed up with what I thought was a cracked screen protector on iPhone needing replacement.Service person at SmartDevice checked it and said actual screen was cracked and $450 for him to fix.After taking it home checked and had Apple plus support so arranged screen replacement with Apple service which would cost $45. On handing phone over to them they checked, took the glass protector off and the screen wasn’t cracked at all???Either extremely poor and lax technical service or…A blatant rip off attemptI will not be using them again

I had a very bad experience with this service. I was told that it will take them 1 day to get a quote and was waiting 6 days, but just to get told that they can't get the part. A whole week wasted and without computer. My feeling is that the technician is completely uninterested in his job, poor communication skills etc.
