the customer service is horrible. my boyfriend went in and Wai, the security person had accused him of stealing gloves that were his work gloves (he works at the countdown in the plaza). she demanded he empties his pockets and he told her to review the camera footage to prove his innocence. she then realised he didn’t do anything, didn’t give an apology or anything, but instead she said “fine whatever, have a nice day.” i used to work there myself, and everything about it is horrible. the management is poor, they treat their staff and customers with little to no respect. i highly don’t recommend this place for shopping. the staff do not know their place.

Great value for money when needing to buy everything to start off the journey to owning a puppy. Couldn’t believe it all came to just over $100! The store is always nice and tidy and well maintained and staff are pretty friendly and approachable

I went looking for a particular mirror that was heavier than anticipated. Thank you so much to your amazing staff members who assisted including the gentleman who carried it to my car and carefully placed it (Murray I think his name was?). Wonderful experience.

I'd like to acknowledge the wonderful service I received from Jordan this afternoon 2 Nov 22 about 5:40pm. He was so pleasant,friendly and really helpful. I hope he gets acknowledged for the great customer service he is providing. He even helped me sign up to the App to save money on my purchase

Excellent customer service. Great products and wide range of availability in store. Store is not as busy as it used to be as well as having less staff due to the fact it's set to be demolished in the near future to make way for a new town centre similar to botany. The underground carpark is very sketchy. It's rundown, Unmaintained and the low roof in some parts make it very hard to access. Dodgy people hang around in corners and steal shoppers trolleys or items. No security cameras watching or any staff aware of the bad things happening. On a good note, there is night markets down there every Saturday night. Which provide great stalls pop up shops and food carts with delicious meals. However the night markets create lots of rubbish and mess that gets left behind and never cleaned up. And the nigjt markets will soon have to relocate when the building is demolished.

Love that it's in walking distance. Really like that it's open every day til late. It's clean which is good. Not many staff around... So you need to look yourself for products that are obviously right in front of you. Like stores that are open everyday til late. Helps people who work late.

I would rate this place 0 stars if possible. Rude staff members, asking for someone to attend the electronics section required asking 3 staff. Staff were actively avoiding customers. Still had plenty of time to talk about their weekend plans. I was planning to spend up to $1000.00 on a Home entertainment setup. My money will be spent elsewhere and I doubt I'll ever bother walking in this store again. Easily the worst service I've ever experienced.

Warning check your Click & Collect before accepting. Really disappointed with this store and it’s very poor customer service.I ordered a ceramic pot online, picked it up using click & collect. Arrived home to find the pot had a huge crack in it, very noticeable as well as a large piece missing out of the rim. This would have been extremely noticeable to the staff member who wrapped it up. I noted the large click & collect sticker had been placed over the damaged area. There were no bits of the broken pot inside the wrapping, which indicates the pot was damaged before the staff member wrapped it. I phoned the store and was told by a staff member to bring it back. Returned the pot that day only to be advised they are not accepting returns under level 3. Very disappointing warehouse. It would appear several of your staff members require basic training. I will not be supporting this store anytime in the future.

Browsed for different items ranging from led bulbs to candles lamps & footwear. Very tidy, well lit, spacious & everything in its place. Always happy to visit & check out what is new & on sale & they always have excellent variety in a huge range of items. Really Good prices & value for money.
