I would definitely recommend Dml Cleaning-Commercial to everyone i know. I live in Rotorua & had a home that needed a complete clean. With a 5hr x 2days which was time consuming & very challenging. I would like to thank DML commercial cleaners for the fantastic job they did on a farm house my nephew was living in. He was in a fatal car accident and because we live afar we collected his belongings and DML cleaners helped us out hugely on having the house cleaned and ready for the next family. This company will Google your property, count the windows and quote accordingly. That is the basis of my problems. My windows were badly in need of cleaning as I am unable to do them myself. The quote was more or less what I expected so I gave them the job. They arrived late and I knew they would never finish on day one. Donna complained about the mould on the window frames and said people usually advise of such things. Do they? They left here after 5.30pm and it was dark, saying they would come back the following Monday. I was emailed an Invoice for the full amount plus an extra $20.00 and I replied that the job was not finished and I would pay when it was done. Donna replied that the money was due now and if I did not pay now I would be charged extra. I replied saying I would pay but pointed out that they had not seen the job and if they had viewed it before quoting they would know what was involved. I paid. They did not come on Monday this week but came on Tuesday this week. The job was done but they had not dried the windows and when I pointed this out Donna said “ if you wanted them squeegeed you should have said so.” Me: “ it should be part of the job.” Donna: “ If people want the windows squeegeed they tell me.” Me: “If they are left like that they ………” Donna: “ I do not need to be told what will happen. Do you want them squeegeed?” Me: “ I want them dried” Donna: “ Well it is your money”.They were dried and Donna’s parting shot was “You have a great life.” I received a further Invoice which I paid. The job which was quoted at $270.00 cost me $390.00. This was a nasty unpleasant experience and I would never use them again.
