This rating is not based on the pizzas themselves, they are yum but the delivery and phone system is ridiculous. We order delivery from here every Friday night and it seems to be done through a internet based company. Most weeks it is okay but last night, OMG, so frustration, order at 6.35 pm, didn’t get the usual notification that the order had been confirmed by the store so rang them at 7.40, which we had to do multiple times because they just kept saying hello, then would hang up. Finally, about the 10th time someone could hear us, a miracle, hadn’t received our order from the online company, money had gone out of the bank though, my husband was very firm with them and finally they found the order and it got here about 8.10 pm. It didn’t used to be like this so something isn’t working. This is not the first time we have had problems getting someone to hear us on the phone and not the first time we have experienced delivery problems. We will try somewhere else from now on.

Amazing pizza's! Certainly not shy on the toppings either! I've had Pizza Jacks a fee times now and I haven't been disappointed yet! The staff are always happy and polite. They even helped carry my order to the car because my arms in a sling. Cheers Pizza Jacks! Will definitly be back again.

Absolutely stodgy mushy terrible pizza, not cooked properly and NOT A CRISPY BASE as advertised wont be back..yuk !! Not even friendly people. Pizza Hut is the best for cooking and flavour

Love the gourmet pizza round $20 but you get plenty of choice, plenty of topping which you can actually taste and an editable base where you don't have to leave the crust.

*Update 1/7/20: Still love this place! amazing food, always nice and hot. Fantastic customer service, very respectful. The pizzas are topped with good quality products and packed as it should be.The store is clean and tidy*Incredible food! I had the chicken slingshot" and it's the best pizza I've EVER had! (And I've eaten alot of pizza) the chips were lovely the spicy garlic bread was amazing!Lovely customer service online and in person.I live up pyes pa and wish it cost less for delivery

I often order pizza from this company in Auckland City. I thought the pizza here would be the same but it's actually not.Taste is not good, quality not good. I think the staff of this branch don't know how to make pizzas.Don't spoil this good brand.

Excellent!!Best pizza in neighborhood without doubt!! Have been a regular customer for almost 2 years. Never had a bad pizza coming out of their oven.Crispy crust with descent quantity of good quality toppings. Garlic bread combo is a must try. If you are a fan of indian food then go for the Tandoori Chicken pizza with Mayo topping (in the pic).
