We loved our stay here, in fact we stayed for a second night. Carmen and Dave are friendly and helpful. The suite was very well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. We were given a warm welcome everywhere we went in cheviot, at the pub, the tearooms and the 4square. Very quiet backstreet. Just lovely.

Smaller campground that is tidy and well-kept. Playground, pool and animals for the kiddies. Campsites, cabins and motel units available including historic jail! Motel unit was very nice. Appreciated the partition of the 2 single beds from the double bed so our kid could have less light overflow from us at night while reading/watching TV.

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful grounds. On the edge of town with a wonderful rural outlook but only a short walk to the supernarket and cafes. Fantastic hosts. Kitchen has pots, pans, utensils etc - everything you need. Highly recommended

A very beautiful place! We stayed in the chaff wagon with our wee dog and really enjoyed it. A fridge is in the room and tea & coffee making facilities but no taps (shared kitchen & bathroom facilities right next door).

This was a lovely place to stay. I had a wee cabin which included a TV and small fridge. The reception was very welcoming and gave me some milk (tea and coffee were in the room). This is right on the edge of town, so I didn't notice any road noise. The grounds were spacious and well maintained. Lavatories fine, but I didn't use the kitchen.

Top notch!Clean and tidy with beautiful surroundings, a camp like no other everything has been thought of 2x families and we are all amazed how cool and well priced this is soo much for the kiddies to see and do! The cabins are like no other we have stayed beyond what we expected for the very reasonble price value for money! Ladies showers i have to mention them as the pressure is out of this world winwin

Really friendly and nice owners. The kitchen needs a clearout. Too many items, but definitely appreciate having some equipment to use. The bathrooms are not cleaned often enough, they were quite dirty. Stayed there 2 nights and didn't see them cleaned once. Would happily stay again.

Love the place… Beautiful garden and a lovely cat around!! Room is so comfortable and with a bar fridge. They provide milk to go with coffee, very thoughtful.
