Was told by another company a puncture could not be repaired (because of where it was)and I needed a new tyre. Rang Terry's (Mike) and he said it was may be possible. Took it in, he had a look and said it would be ready in an hour. Got the call one hour later and it was all good to go. Even offered to fit it on the car for me. Fantastic friendly service and ended up costing 1/5 of the new price I was quoted. Do not hesitate to use this company, they really know how to deliver and you will not be taken for a ride

I just turned up with a flat tyre. I was met by really friendly staff who dealt with the issue immediately. Very friendly from everyone I spoke to.It was so refreshing to have such a positive outcome. I was tyred" and the invitation to a free coffee whilst I waited was a welcome distraction.This definitely was a five star service."

Just had a perfect experience at Terry’s Tyres in Taupo. Just arrived in Taupo last night on a short break to wake up to a flat tyre. The team managed to identify the problem with the tyre and fix it in 30 minutes! Great service from the team!
