Andrew did an absolutely amazing job on the carpet removing the terrible dog smell from previous owners. He was incredibly professional and knew his stuff. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. Couldn't recommend more! Andrew was polite and professional. I had him clean a fabric sofa that had dogs sitting on it, food split on it and general dirt everywhere and it came out looking brand new.

Had to get Andrew in to re-do a carpet clean and dog odour removal that had been done to a very poor standard by another company. Fantastic prompt service and great communication. Highly recommend. If you want the job done once and done properly, these are the only people to call!

Called Jae's out on a Sunday, desperately needing a difficult carpet clean. Andrew the Senior Technician for Jae's in Wanaka was AMAZING! The carpet looks brilliant. He was punctual, professional and empathetic. He went above and beyond. Cannot recommend Andrew highly enough.

Had an amazing experience with Andrew and JAE Wanaka.He was super punctual, really friendly and did an amazing job at not only refreshing our carpet and making everything smell great, but also tackling some extremely stubborn stains. I’m really glad we found them and extremely grateful for the work they were able to do, saved us a lot of stress. Couldn’t recommend them more!
