Following a lengthy review of the choices available, we were referred to Awnings and Covers. After a quick call, Pete arranged to call out and see us. He was on time and listened very well to what we wanted. Suggesting some options that we had not considered we were impressed by the knowledge and capability of this company. They promised to have a quote within 7 days and we received it back in 4. The price came in less than the estimate that was bandied around initially and following the six week lead time given, it was installed within four.Thank you so much to the entire team. Fantastic through every step of the process. We love our Alu-Lite and we recommend both the product and Awnings and Covers as a company to deal with.

I can't rate the quality of their work it might be fantastic but this was my experience.1/ I emailed business requesting quote.2/ Received message on my cell saying they would keep trying to contact me.3/ Next day: I phoned the office to say I would be home all week so they could come and quote and they said yes and passed the message on to the quotes person.4/ A fortnight later I sent an email asking if the would like to sell me something as a last resort I have still not heard from them.

If you want a good job done, do NOT go to these people. We had no end of issues with our awning and walls. It was so mickey mouse from beginning to end.1 - The side walls were cut out with an angle pointing OUT instead of IN to match with the side of our bus - to repair this they just put a black patch in the holes when really the walls should have been redone cut and sewn2 - The front wall of our awning was cut out and made 10 cms too narrow so instead of making a new one they just attached a 10 piece on the end of the wall3 - we said where we wanted the eyelet holes at bottom of walls placed for our tie downs and they placed them 20 cms too low so now our walls are too loose more often than not cos they are too long.4 - when they installed it on our vehicle they didn't use long enough pop rivets and it started to rip off the bus with the next strong wind. They had to come out and re-attach.5 - Now the stitching they used is perishing on the awning roof and they won't restitch it without charging.Needless to say we are not the only people to have troubles with these guys and their shoddy work.
