Unbelievably bad serviceWe wanted to get a new kitchen done about a 25k value. Dealt with Phil from the Nelson Branch. Waited and waited for pricing only to be told he's too busy and now he wont answer our calls. We have waited for nearly 4 months just to get a price back. As far as service goes, I don't think it could get much worst.

Fantastic sales team and designe team who worked close with us in our kitchen build, quality product and modern design.

Renovating our kitchen / living space was always going to take some clever planning and ideas. The Team from Bays Joinery have been 'AMAZING' from concept to completion. Karen is incredible with her design ideas and vision. She completely captured 'us', our style and requirements for our space. She was so thorough with her attention to detail. The project manager and installation team and everyone from their broader team have been great to deal with. Even with the COVID lockdown thrown in the middle they continued to be extremely helpful, communicative and we now have the most fantastic kitchen we could have ever dreamed of. We recommend the Bays team in a heartbeat!

The 'Dream' Team have recently renovated our kitchen to a high standard which has transformed our lives! The Bays boys work efficiently and respectfully and Karen is an excellent designer - it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Would not hesitate to employ them for future work.

We had so much fun designing our kitchen with Claire. Our meetings were always a joy to attend, making the whole process stress-free. Our kitchen has turned out just how we wanted it - we wouldn't change a thing!

We found Jemma at Bays Joinery fantastic to deal with, she was very friendly, helpful and professional. Designing a kitchen was quite a daunting task for us but with Jemma’s suggestions and ideas it was relatively easy, she listened to what we wanted and colours we liked and came up with a design that would work for us. She produced real life images of what the kitchen would look like which was wonderful to see. We wanted that WOW factor and we have definitely got it. We are so thrilled with the outcome and would definitely recommend Bays Joinery and Jemma Gamble. Thanks again!!
