I was having trouble finding a suitable photo album as I had made my photos slightly too big to fit the album I had.I enquired at the counter & met a lovely woman called Cat.She went out of her way to help me.Even cut my photos down to size to fit the album .She couldn't have been more helpful. Her customer service was amazing. I highly recommend her

Had been looking around for new microwave/convection oven. Salesperson at original company where we bought first one years ago did not know what we were talking about. We're so impressed with Kylie at Harvey Norman, knew what we wanted, product knowledge excellent and even bought it out to car for us. Well done and thank you.
