Bridgestone Tyre Centre

I called and asked for my two left tyres to be replaced as the tread was getting too low. I then took my car in on the 12th of December 2022 and discussed again that the two left tyres had to be done. I went to pick up my car and Shane had replaced the front two tyres instead but never communicated this before doing the job. He said that the other front one was almost ready to be changed too but still did not change the back left (the other one I asked to be changed). My partner and I complained that he had done this. He then apologised and offered to get a tyre for the left rear and to do it at cost. He also said we would get a voucher for a free wheel alignment. My partner took my car in a couple of days later to get the rear tyre replaced, and was also quoted the cost price by another person upon arrival. When my partner picked up my car after getting the rear tyre replaced, a different guy tried to charge him full price for the tyre and he had to argue with him about what the agreement was and he had to call Shane to find out the deal. Because Shane had quoted cost price, the other guy charged my partner cost + gst which my partner then argued that was not what was quoted but just ended up agreeing to it. Shane said it would take a while for the voucher to come from head office. We called him on multiple occasions, one month after, and then another month later, but the voucher had still not arrived. My partner even went in to the store to ask about the voucher and was told every time that it hadn’t arrived yet. It is now June 25th 2023 and we still haven’t heard anything or received the voucher.Appalling customer service, they clearly do not care about retaining customers. I will not be returning. Such a disappointment and waste of time.

Not only did they offer highly competitive pricing, but the quality of their work was outstanding. The manager went above and beyond to assist me, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this establishment and will undoubtedly return for any future tire needs.

Bought a set of wheels and tyres from here off Jake, they were piled on top of each other, having a bad back I took the risk they were fine as Jake said they had just passed a WOF, I find on inspection they have obviously hit a curb and buckled one of the rims, deeming the set useless. Very dishonest, an employee in the industry would have known the rim was damaged but chose not to disclose the fact..I messaged Jake with my concern and he never replied. WARNING , RIP OFF

Top service from the team at Bridgestone. I had a puncture this morning, I called in & they repaired it while I waited - 15 minutes from start to finish. The young man who served me explained how the repair was done in details that I understood. Super courteous staff. Awesome service, thank you :-)

These guys might look dumb. But I've had nothing but good experiences.

Wow! Booked in at 11.30, car seen straight away, 4 tyres done and dusted, at a great price, and out the door before 12! Friendly service with a smile. Nice one!
