Absolutely appalling customer service from online sales . They have no customer service I am still waiting on a refund as they took my money through lay buy and never supplied the product. So many emails I’m getting no reply and can’t even get through on the customer service phone line . Will never be shopping online through freedom again . Hopefully my money will be returned

I purchased a coffee table from your store over the phone. Phillipa assisted me with the purchase and she was amazing could not have been more helpful. The coffee table arrived in the Palmerston North store as promised and I was able to collect it this week. Thank you so much Phillipa for your great service.

Brought a Lucas sofa bed. frame gave in after little use they replaced the frame opened it twice now I can't close it. Had response 6 weeks ago asking for photos I did that and still haven't heard back

Absolutely best customer service ever in this store from all staff. Store is always beautifully presented. Staff always very friendly, informative and proactive.Such a shame online service reviews tainting this local store.

I ordered a dining table from the Hamilton store in early Jan 2022. they said by end of the month it will be with us. Then they said early Feb, now end of Feb.... At the time of purchase they never mentioned the table was coming from overseas, they misrepresented the situated by saying they had one in stock. I have found the whole process unprofessional and of course not forthcoming with the truth about their internal processes. I have since learnt they get most of their furniture from overseas and order items on a need be basis when they make a sale. If a store cannot be honest with their customers then they don't deserve their custom and they have now lost mine....I'll take my $1500 and give it to company more deserving of my custom. If it had to come from overseas fine.....but disclose this so the customer can make an informed decision. I don't care if this was sold in Hamilton and not New Plymouth, they all operate to the same business model, and even if I had bought it in another store it wouldn't of mattered since the table would have still had to come from some overseas warehouse.

Placed an order on 18 July delivered 8 days later on 25th July , never received a tracking email so after 5 days of waiting rang the customer service number. Now the response was shocking! the response was a man on the other end laughed!! and said you could be waiting one week maybe two or even three weeks that was his response didn't even offer to have a look into it. Absolutely shocking customer service skills, I wish I had got his name so I could of complained.I then rang the Hamilton branch spoke to a lovely lady who transferred me to a Scott who was incredibly helpful he gave me the tracking number and even looked online to see where it is. Thanks Scott you were brilliant but you colleague needs to go! So have mixed feelings regarding ordering from them again.

Good advice: front desk old lady really should accept customer service training.

Great range of products and excellent personal service.

Very welcoming, I do have to wait for my armchair but hey, that's Covid-19. Something we all have to live with. Will definitely be back.
