Absolute terrible service. After applying, I didn’t hear from them in 2 weeks. I called few times to see what was happening and was promised a call back from the agent Shannon which I never received. I called a third time to complain and they said my application was declined and they had closed it. But I never got told?? And they never tried to better my application to lenders like adding my husband on to the application for eg.Worst service ever.

I'm delight to make this recommendation because I loved the whole process, Georgia is an awesome professional she helped me from the beginning to the end being always super responsive. The car dealer threw a few issues in my way she solved all of them. She found the best interest rate ever, They've asked for 4 weeks to deliver the car and she made it happen in one week, the approval process was speed-light fast that's my second time getting finance with them and for sure won't be the last one. Saved money and precious time on this deal. Thank you very much, Georgia!!!
