Bottom entrance to Te Mata peak... awesome walk particularly if you come back through the redwoods. The peak takes about 45 minutes and requires reasonable fitness

Further upgraded in July 2018, a large carpark with toilets, drinking water (for pet's too) and a bike wash.

Small carpark that gives easy access the walks and MTB trails at Te Mata. Toilets and bike wash station provided. Is often full at weekends.
