We traveled from north east of WHANGAREI to get new windows on our van. We could not have been happier and would travel back again if we had to. Why?The quote was less than half of what we were quoted here to repair 2 windows. Here in WHANGAREI over 3k for one window. I contacted Accurate for a quote to replace my windscreen. I was quoted far more quickly than any other place. Completed through email so my day wasn’t interrupted with phone tag. Upon arrival, friendly service, pleasant waiting area. There was apparently a glitch with the glass they ordered. They sorted it without involving me and I was still on my way within the time frame they gave.I highly recommend this company. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Outstanding.I have had significant issues with the major installers of windscreens that my Insurance company has supply agreements with who caused serious damage to my vehicle and seals being reused.Accurate Auto Glass understood the issues I had experienced and installed the new Windscreen correctly.Due to the time required for the repair I was very grateful for the Courtesy car.You do have a choice for Windscreen replacement and repair.Highly recommend and will use again.

Highly recommend!! Customer service won me over from our first phone call all the way to when my car was done and I was given instructions how to maintain the window staying in place (due to the glue needing to set). Communication was on point!
