Detail King Christchurch

Did not do a good job unfortunately. Paid $250 for full interior detailing and pet hair removal on a dirty secondhand car. Upon getting the car back we discovered a considerable amount of dirt/mud/dog hair all over the interior (grab handle, headliner, between seats, boot etc.) which was not cleaned, pet hair was still there, and smell was just as bad as day one.

Got them to paint my brake calipers on my 370gt only to have the do them while still on the car and get paint on my rotors only painted half the calipers and mess up my brake pads and and all sorts not use them they dont care about cars at all..

This has been my third time using their services and each time I’ve had to get something redone, because they have not cleaned. This time I paid $200, and still cobwebs, dirt and grime, grease, and parts not vacuumed! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have been in contact and they still have failed to right their wrongs.

I highly recommend Detail King for the exceptional car detailing service they provide.

I got my car window tinted today from them (21/10/2021). I am happy of the work they did and the price they offered. But you probably would get confused where the entrance. It is from the back of the building where Mainland Fastener" is. They should focus more on the customer waiting. Which is poorly. There is no treat if you happen to wait there. A treat in the sense

dealt with these jokers a few times,sometimes it is hard to get definitive answers to questions.The last time I used them definitely was the last time I will ever use them,the job took ages with zero communication from them with broken promises and vague explanations.The job was to wrap a motorcycle tank and they just went straight over the top of the original paint with no sanding or prep despite telling me they would do that.To top it all off the color was not what i asked for because apparently they could not get the color I wanted"but of course they never contacted me.The icing on the cake was when they tried to get me to pay more for the job when I finally went to collect it.My advice to anyone dealing with these jokers is to get all quotes in writing and take photos of paint samples before they even get the job.I for one will never set foot in this place ever again"

Awesome experience with my Mercedes Benz car. Looks like a new after detailing. I got triple diamond package and I'm very happy with that. Obviously staff are highly experienced and friendly, happy with their work. Highly recommend Detail king to my friends and family to make their old car as a new. I got lifetime warranty with this package but will definitely going back in future. Thank you so much for making my car as a new and shiny. Thanks team and specially thanks to Den and Vaibhav.
