Really had a wonderful, relaxing experience at Naturespa, Jay-ar is very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional on what he does, he also gives tips on how to take care of your skin. Love coming back here. Will recommend this to all of my friends for sure. can’t wait for my next session :)

Poor customer service from this clinic. After several Facebook exchanges (as noone available to ever answer or return calls) I visit the clinic ahead of confirming 1:30 session is available through Facebook messenger. The clinic requires you to give all personal details (address, occupation, etc) through Facebook (third party). When I try to explain that I don’t feel comfortable disclosing personal information to Facebook (happy to do it in person or phone) I encounter resistance. I explain to the clinic the difficulty I have had in trying to make a basic booking when I visit the clinic and the answer I receive is: the city mayor doesn’t have a problem (?) and no one else has had issues. Rather than helping me resolve the issue the person completely gaslights my concern. I return for the time of the agreed appointment and the therapist at the last minute says we can’t take the booking and offers booking for the next day, proving this to be complete waste of my time rather than the relaxing experience I was after. If you want a company that demonstrates professional customer service and reception skills, values your time and wellbeing look elsewhere.

Such a beautiful experience!! Kire was such a beautiful soul with truly the best at what she does !! No one has ever been able to get rid of my knots in my back before especially at the first appointment!! Definitely coming back as i love her vibe and how bubbly she is !! Loved how comfortable she made me feel also !! Definitely worth it !!!

Beautiful place, talented and friendly staff. Affordable to address skin concerns. They have wide range of advanced treatment and equipments. Very professional and superb spa in Hamilton. Highly recommended.

Probably the best thing that has ever happened to Hamilton! I have been to Nature’s Spa twice already and every visit has been worth the travel from AKL to HAM. Jay-ar made sure that each treatment is done with utmost care and comfort while throwing in some tips on how to better take care of your skin. Can’t wait to visit your newly opened space!
