I had a wheel alignment done a while ago and the service was fast and was explained in detail what was going on so i could understand. For the price i paid i was very happy with the result, and the staff were very professional.

Just the fact they are open in the weekend has been a god-send on multiple occasions for me.They have always been friendly, and well priced, no matter a small fix or new tyre.

I was living overseas for a while and now back in town, but away for a few years and wanted to see how the tyre shops around town had changed. Being a car guy myself, I really want to trust the tyre shop I use. I called every shop in Tauranga and boy have the customer service skills changed over the several decades. Over 50 percent of the shops hung up on me (after hearing the handset lift myself) possibly because it was only an hour left for them to be open on a Saturday (11am). 2 shops answered but had no stock of anything and never offered that they could bring anything in, pretty rudely. 1 shop had only 2 tyres, but was extremely transactional about their effort not wanting to take any time to discuss my thoughts on plus sizing or staggered fitment on my Holden Commodore. Only 1 shop (TyreMaster on Glasgow) answered, cared to check inventory, and offer a price and appointment setting for Thursday, following due to alignment and current bookings (Thank you Jamie). You might think that stopping there is enough, but continued further I got a reminder call on Wednesday for my appointment, and on Thursday a call to offer if desired (9am cancelled and they could take me earlier) or stick with my current booking. I opted for earlier, thank you. Came in and after a lengthy discussion with their helpful representative Chelsea, booked in to have wheels and tyres done the following day. Chelsea knows her wheels and tyres, she earned my trust, and knows the difference between good looks and safe. Not only that, I would fail the WOF on the current tyres (bought this month second hand and knew they needed sorting), they mounted fresh tyres while I was considering options (unknown to me), but no one had a way to know we would change direction, they allowed me to have those tyres overnight and perform the WOF while I wait for tomorrow. Such spectacular service and listening to my needs as a customer. As a car guy I find that one of the most important things on your car is your tyres. And the ability to trust they will stop and hold you in the road. But second to that maintenance is having a company that will hear you and work to keep things in top order. Not to mention answer calls, keep appointments, have friendly service people and representatives, and work to keep your business. I am not hands down saying they are the best by my one sample experience over several days, but it is a fantastic start and one I look forward to more interactions with. Very disappointed with the service received today. The language used by the owner (Matt) was frustrating. Took my new vehicle for wheel balancing and after the service saw that the lips of the wheel was damaged. Spoke to the receptionist and the owner and they both didn't accept that it was them. The owner said not come come here again. I will take this matter forward accordingly. Just ruined my afternoon!

Have been going to TyreMaster for many of years for my rims, tyres and wheel alignment needs and have always had nothing but the best service and advice, they are all friendly and really do know their stuff and have the best prices in the bay and have lot of different tyres options available, they hand down have the best tyre and wheel techs in the bay, who really know their stuff and their work is always done to high standard... would give 10 stars if I could...
