Embroidery itself was reasonably priced and completed to a high standard so the garments look great.However, admin has been poor - with multiple emails being sent to the wrong person which led to the delivery going to the wrong address. I was also overcharged from the original invoice and struggling to get this paid back to me.Overall it is a shame about the admin as the garments look great.
