Worst place to get anything done. A bit harsh to call them cons but it felt like it. Asked for a broken screen to be fixed and that did get done but then my phone never worked after they FIXED my screen. Left phone with them for nearly 5 hours and still wasn't. Decided to to leave as I had no time left in Qtown. Didn't bother with any sort of solution other saying WE CAN FIX IT. DONT BREAK IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! I don't recommend this place at all.

The staff was helpful, however the new battery is only marginally better the the 5 year old one it replaced. Screen cover job not done well and no offer to do it again. Update. Second new battery swelled up however the freindly staff replaced it so onto third new battery now. Finally seems to be OK

I came on a quiete day to show an issue on my phone (no charging, moisture in the charge input) seeming in a hurry, the shop attendant didn't want to see the issues fully and told that he was for sure the motherboard was damaged(all the rest was working). He directly said that he will keep it to diagnose the exact issue and that his diagnose will cost 80 dollars. I left the store, a friend rested my settings and now everything works perfectly, be careful and see other options.

Outstanding service! I took my phone in after having trouble with Deep Focus Queenstown wanting to charge an arm and a leg and send my phone overseas to retrieve my very precious family photos. Caleb was awesome. He was able to do a temporary fix to my phone so I was able to transfer all my data and photos across. He was very helpful and allowed me to stay and walked me through what he was doing with the transfer process. I highly recommend great service.

One of my friend referred this Shop and I must say I am happy that I went there to get repaired my phone... The staff is so generous and humble... They provide me my phone within one day so it won't be wrong to say that there service is also fast... If you want to get your phone repair have a visit... I can guarantee, you won't regret it...
