The Garden House near Fortrose in southernmost New Zealand

The host Christine is incredible. She is warm and friendly, such a wonderful hostess. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The little two bedroom cottage is well appointed with a king bed and 3 single beds as well as a cot for a baby. We slept in the comfortable king bed. Christine had turned the electric blanket on, ready for us. She also had the heaters going and a fire lit in the wood burner in the kitchen. I started reading a book from her well stocked bookshelf but sadly didn't stay long enough to finish reading it. The next morning, Christine took us to her tiny house on the cliffs above the sea where her property meets the ocean. She served us morning tea. We would definitely stay again if we get the chance. Thank you for your hospitality Christine.
