Craig and team were so easy to work with. Listen to your wants and dislikes, turn the vision into reality. Totally professional with excellent communications throughout. Project managed to make the work as minimally disruptive as possible. Will certainly use the team again for the next reno.

Craig was great to deal with. He was quick to understand the job requirements, didn't focus on the problems but instead shared his experience and suggested solutions. His builders were courteous, efficient and tidy. The job was done exactly as expected, within the timeframe and to budget (fitting new double glazing, building a new internal wall and some external maintenance to the cladding). The best part was I didn't have to separately organise other trades to come in and work around the build. Smith and Sons Motueka sorted that all, which is a huge benefit for anyone with an already busy life. Well done guys - will have you back! :-)

I would absolutely highly recommend Craig, Cydnie and all the Team at Smith & Sons Motueka. I needed a lot of maintenance doing on my property but didn't know where to start. Smith & Sons Motueka project managed the whole exercise for me - weatherboard replacement, new roof, exterior house painting. The communication was excellent from start to finish. They were a pleasure to deal with and will definitely be using them again for any future work. Thank you so much
