We decided to list with Joel after purchasing some land he had listed for sale. During the purchase process Joel was extremely helpful, friendly and down to earth. He was regularly in communication with us keeping us informed as things progressed and we could clearly see that he had developed a really good relationship with the Vendor of the land. So all of these things made us feel like he was someone we could really trust and we felt certain he was the right person to list our house for sale with. While selling our property Joel exhibited the same great qualities as he had during our Purchase of the land. But it was during the sale process that we really saw how hard Joel works, he puts alot of time into his clients. We highly recommend Joel, he is an all-round great guy and excellent at his job.
