My favourite Auckland store. For peoples of middle eastern descent it's a cultural lifeline, not just the products but the owners who are born traders, who will source, negotiate, smile, laugh and bring joy to your day. For me, it's an experience of tastes and pleasures that evoke heat and heart - smoky ajvar, pure pomegranate juice, medjool dates, olives, flat breads. I could go on... what's not to love? Go there.
