Always friendly staff at Z service stations

No more. BoycottI have been a customer of she'll and Z for over 25 years. Most of that as a corporate customer. More and more poor management descions mean that I will no longer shop at this or any ZNo bags. At all. Yes the new law is pushing for less plastic waste. But it does not prohibit any bags. To have customers walking out with their shopping in their hands is disgusting. You can surely provide a solution. Like a paper bag. You know. How they used to do it.And these priority lanes that are now popping up. I sat in a que while there where empty lanes. What a stupid stupid thing that is.So keep treating your customers poorly. And leave them Wondering why do I shop here. With the constant price fixing and poor service and treatment.

Staff greet all who walk in the door they also go out of their way yo make it an experience. Regulars who call in for fuel and a coffee are mostly on s first name basis.This happy place is the right place to be to start the morning

They should really fix the buzzer or have their employees listening for customers, who the doors don't work for, who push the buzzer and knock and still wait for 20 to 30 min for their employee to come out from the staff room. Won't be going there for my late night/early morning coffee/drink stop anymore when I can get fast, efficient, and friendly service just down the road.

No water to was off windscreen, brushes without blades others without the sponge.

Friendly staff with big smiles. I order my coffee through the app and it's always ready on time. They usually write a cute note to have a good day too, and it tastes professional made. Way better than other local Z cafes.

I like the pay by plate but I don't like how you can only exit one way onto the road

I frequently come here for the hot chocolate as a treat :') I love it.
