I needed a replacement car key. It was cut and programmed in about an hour. Great service. We dealt with Campbell and he was really onto it.

The staff at Rollos locksmiths really made my day. Having only one car key due to losing one ( and being an auto device) I was thinking it was going to cost me a lot of money to get another. They cut me a manual key, and re- programmed my existing key to my car for a fraction of what I had been quoted and in less than 2 hours! So grateful for their pleasant helpful and honest service. Go to them first, they could be your best choice by far.

I'm pretty gutted to have to write this review to be honest but it has nearly been three weeks and my key hasn't gotten fixed yet. I came in last week of December to get my key fixed and I was told I would have to wait for another guy (Mark I believe) to be in. They told me he will be in the following Tuesday (5th) which was fine no big deal. Tuesday rolls around and I call to confirm my key and it turns out Mark isn't in. I have then been waiting for the past two weeks with no avail. Very disappointing customer service. Even just a phone call back would of been nice.

We've used Rollo's for our two commercial businesses. Both times have been incredibly expensive but we felt we should stay local for when we needed local support. A lockset on our toilet malfunctioned and the only way in was through cutting the lockset. This was a$200 lockset with a 25 year warranty against malfunction! This was on a busy Saturday night and we had to verify nobody was such inside. I returned the lockset to Rollo's the following week asking for a simple replacement. They declined it. Had I bought it from a Bunnings or other non local big box store it would've been swapped out. Guess their greed trumps customer loyalty.
