Wallace Cotton Wellington

I purchased a duvet cover set which was a beautiful baby blue and white thin stripes, so I thought going by the picture advertised.I received a dark blue and cream stripes nothing like the picture showen. I have since sent it back having to pay for the postage myself after been told, that's the risk you take when buying on line.Great customer service

Went in to your Wellington Store over the weekend. I love Wallace Cotton and normally buy the sleep wear on line. While in Wellington I visited the store 26 Nov. 2 ladies in store. Did not even acknowledge us. I did not purchase any thing off them even though I wanted a new PJ piece. Extremely rude staff more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of serving customers and their needs

The team in Wellington were fantastic and helped me find what I was looking for. I love Wallace Cotton duvet sets. They are one of the few brands that make beautiful duvet covers for California king beds.

Lovely staff, helpful and pleasant.Products are first class. Dish cloths are fantastic, but then so are all products.

Walking into the Wellington store is always a delight when greeted with a beautiful smile & a cherry greeting, the ladies are always attentive & eager to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Will be back again & again.

Thank you for your awesome service at the Lambton Quay branch.I don’t live in Wellington but I rang the branch to purchase what I wanted from their store with the hope of getting it sent to me.The team we’re so helpful and nothing was a problem.My purchase arrived at my door the following day without any extra delivery charges and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Really lovely store in Wellington and the girl who served me was so helpful plus I love that the bags you get are made of cotton! So handy!

Went to merivle mall store. Very discussed with staff. I was the only one in store and I got no acknowledgment that I was even there. No hello" no nothing. I walked past them a few times

Such a bad experience with the Wellington store. I took my duvet cover back after I bought it with a button broken off. Manager was not at all friendly or accomodating or apologetic considering it was their malfunction. Told me they would 'get it done if they have time' and she talked to me like I was stupid when I bought the cover in with the inner inside it. Didn't apologise once for the inconvenience. Normally a very loyal customer to Wallace Cotton but won't be coming back due to this terrible customer service, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. There was however a young girl working there who was super lovely and friendly and sewed the button up for me, while the manager stood their with a sour look on her face. Myself or my family wont be back. Very rude.
