Terrible service. I encourage you to look elsewhere. I was sold an absolute lemon and the car yard will do nothing to solve the issues they’ve caused. Thanks for the added stress of having to get lawyers / consumer guarantees act involved while I’m now struggling to get to chemotherapy treatments and hospital appointments due to the ongoing issues with my car. GT Motors have agreed they were at fault but will do nothing to rectify the situation.

Communication was good BUT:- The Car Yard looked like a junk yard, there was rubbish everywhere- Other vehicles they had in the yard had flat tyres etc so maintenance doesn’t look like it’s kept up to spec- Some lady came to test drive a vehicle which they then had to jump start- I asked if the vehicle i was looking at had been in a crash or anything and was advised no BUT the passenger door and bonnet was not the original as you could see the red underneath and someone had attempted to cover this with white spray.- There was rust marks on the vehicle- The vehicle had marks all over it, nothing was mentioned about this at all- The vehicle obviously had not been cleaned because it looked disgusting.Wish I had known this before travelling 1h 30mins. Trademe and google definitely don’t do justice for the car yard. Would recommend going through a proper dealership for sure. Left feeling very disappointed.The vehicle we looked at was 2017 Nissan Qashqai, had done 42,000km and asking price was $23,995. Trademe stated good condition which is not correct.

I came all the way fromWhangarei to east tamaki for viewing ‘nissan tiida’. On google it says the yard open till 2pm and i reached at 10am but it was already closed and nobody answered my calls. It has wasted my whole day and money of travelling. Really bad behaviour for a business, not gonna believe any of there post.
