Ronnies Cafe
Possibly the busiest Cafe at Botany. It's always difficult to get a table here. Plenty of food choices at a reasonable price. The Cafe always has a fresh and tempting look about it. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Always come here for the soup and toasted sandwiches they are my favourite. Bought my family and friends here plenty of times, lots of seating and awesome service. Tried the sweet Belgian waffle, not as balanced in flavour as savoury. Fruit on top is more like a jam.

Came here for a late brunch with a friend. I ordered Belgian waffles and a Coconut Mocha while my friend ordered French toast and an Iced drink. Both of us loved the food and I know my friend enjoyed her Iced drink. Found my coconut mocha a bit average however my waffles was recommended as a more filling meal so props to the girl at the counter because it definitely was filling. In saying that, service is also friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Thank you :)

Really rude service from customer service cashier and waitress. Coffee is not that great only thing decent about this place is the location otherwise it would have closed down by now.

I can't say that I was impressed with Ronnie's today. I accept that it was a busy day, so there was slower service, but it did take a while to get served, and I was able to finish my meal well before my coffee arrived.The coffee was pretty good, but the food was meh, and receiving 2x 1inch sausages at the cost of $5.90 for a side was disappointing.In terms of atmosphere, the accoustics inside were so loud that I developed a headache waiting in line. I was happy to sit outside to escape it.Overall wasn't a great experience - it wasn't bad, but it wasn't something that inspired confidence to come back.

Very poor service. No one borders to clean the table, I've asked 4 different waitresses and they didn't come back, but instead laid the food without cleaning. When I reflected, she said we are busy, you can go tell my boss, he is just standing at the counter. Obviously noone is taking any responsibility. We visit Coffee Club Botany on busy hours, always greeted with smiles, table cleaned immediately as we sat down and food is amazing. Ronnie's if you don't reflect on your services and staff, you will lose us. There are lots of good café in Botany.

I ordered 2 flat white and they were layered with froth and only half of the cup was actual coffee. Flat white should not have any froth. That's why it's called flat white. The blueberry scone was microwaved and had gone chewy. Tasted staled upon talking to them they toasted the same scone and returned which got even worse. the person who served us was very confronted and wouldn't agree to our concerns. There are heaps of cafes in botany town centre please don't try this one to avoid disappointment. Thanks

Had coffee and bran muffins. Really liked it. The guy who was making coffee doesn't seems smiling and the person taking the order also very serious. One thing I have noticed that when you are dealing with customer facing people. They need to smile and that also give a good gesture to the customer. I have seen that asian workers are mostly shy and blank face compare to other ethnicity.

I have to say one of the worst coffee in the area!We ordered lattes for takeaway, and the lead of the coffee cup had a very bad smell the coffee wasn't special at all!
