I live in the US and literally did a global search for a printer ribbon that is no longer manufactured by Panasonic (OEM). Without a ribbon, I would have had to junk the printer which is relatively new and works great.Rishi, had a replacement ribbon in-stock that is on par with the quality and performance of the OEM. I am so appreciative that Rishi carries quality products and was very responsive despite the distance and time differences.

A very professional individual, Rishi has been our go to IT guy for the past 5 years. He has helped us with setting up our CCTV, Eftpos machines and POS system. The after service has been on point. When we had an issue, he's only a phone call away. He also do Alarm & Phone System. When it is time to do so, Rishi will be the man to carry out the work for us. Our club needed a cash register urgently so I called Rishi. Excellent service. He found us a cash register, programmed and delivered it and trained me on its use all in the space of 5 hours.
