Staff are absolutely hopeless and don’t know any of the companies policies in store will make you go back and forth for things you don’t actually need worst experience I’ve had with a vape store definitely one to avoid.

This vape shop is one of the best vape shop I've ever went, everyone in the shop are so friendly, and generous for giving me an informations for vapes and the vape juices, Josh is one of my favourite worker of all time, because he was the first worker who served me as a customer from his customer service and stuff, I visit more often now and then

Overall I highly recommend this store. Good range of products, staff are well trained and informed. Good vibes and friendly. I have been visiting them for over a year and have never disappointed. Also stocked newest products available. They were also a sponsor of K festival 2022.

Awesome experience with these guys! Ordered last night and emailed asking if they had faster delivery options because I had a roadtrip the next day. Alex at the Wairau store offered to deliver it himself after his work, taking time out of his day to make sure I have my order before I left! Would highly recommend this store for your vape needs. Thanks guys!

They took care of my order and delivery quickly despite it being out of hours for their usual delivery method. I received texts letting me know that it was on its way, and when it had been delivered. The staff at any Urban Vape store are always friendly and knowledgeable too. Top notch service thanks guys.
