Service is ok, but i just couldnt understand why the fries they serve here is always sad, it doesnt matter whether is a slow day or a busy one, fries are always limp lol.

A McCafe used to be a comfortable separate area of McDonald's with nice chairs, reusable cups, and a reasonable selection of cafe-style food. Not any more. Why keep using the McCafe brand if you can't deliver something even vaguely like a cafe experience. Disappointed.

Disgusting customer service by some of the young people here, I had a very unpleasant experience today I ordered a coffee through the drive through with an alternative milk as I’m highly allergic to dairy. My order was an ICED coffee I get to the window to pay and it says the correct order which was an iced coffee with almond milk I then move along to the window and they hand me a warm normal coffee, so I said to them I ordered an iced coffee with my chosen alternative milk she says for me to go wait around the corner and someone will have to remake it for me. The girl brings out the correct order and rolls her eyes at me and says next time make sure you actually check the screen for your correct order doesn’t even give me a straw PLUS had the lid not on properly so it spills all over me and had left over coffee grinds all over it and it’s happened so many times there. I will not be returning there again. Disgusting customer service

I had a horrible experience with some of the staff at this mcdonalds...So at the drive through speaker we ordered... we get to the first window and they messed up the order, no problemo we changed it everyones happy....Go to the window to collect food...1st attempt - missing all sidesWe ask for the sides, they take the food.2nd attempt - we get half of the sidesWe ask for the other half3rd attempt - they vring the other half of the sides but now the first half is missing.We tell them specifically everything in our order that they have to bring, meanwhile the server gives us the evils and eye rolls,She then gets her manager....4th attempt - a fake manager appears and attempts to give us the 2nd attempts sides where we tell them that this is not acceptable. And once again tell them the complete order top to bottom item for item....5th attempt- first cashier gives us half of the sides where i say no one more time, she goes to get the pther half of the sides when i say i want them large for free,She didnt like that so she said no tried to close the window and said shes ringing the police, to which i got out of the car and proceeded to wait on the bonnet...6th attempt- the real manager who was definitely busy came out in the madness and sorted our order correctly without problem.The main problem was the 2 workers I had to deal with before the main manager. They werent helping or thinking at all and it took the poor manager to show them how to treat people. If it wasnt for her youd be getting a 1 star.

Hugely disappointed with food - tasteless and scarse. Will not be back for sure. McDonald's meals were real treat, now they are embarrassment to the industry.

Trivial issue but got the McFlurry, requested the hot fudge be added and payed the additional cost. Get home and see they didn’t do it. Annoying to remove the chocolate from the default option in the first place but to then pay extra for the chocolate and not get was infuriating.

Went through the drive through at 820am. Was only one in line when went in. Took them nearly 10minutes to make our 2 coffees. Think they must have been short staffed but 10minutes is pretty long to wait for coffee

Clean, friendly, well-staffed. Brought the meal out to the sitting area. Fries were hot and fresh, but could've been crispier and saltier. Coke was really watered down.
