I used this company in the past and had a good experience but this time, it was a terrible experience. Initially they did not complete the job fully and just left without letting me know. I politely contacted Ryan, he didn’t even want to come take a look and gave me excuses that the job could not be completed (the job could be easily finished using a handsaw, rather than just an electric chainsaw!).After I got in touch with another company who quoted me $170 to finish the job, I told Ryan this and he eventually returned to finish the job a week later. However, during the 15 minute job (that they should’ve just finished in the first place as they had 4 guys on the job) all I heard was whining and excuses and there was no apology or anything from Ryan.Although they eventually completed the job, it was such a waste of time having to go back and forth with them. I will definitely not be using this company again!

This is the second time we have used Heaven Contracting. Both times the work has been excellent and we have been very satisfied. Rubbish cleared from site, trees shaped well and look great. We had a big job for three guys involving half a day shaping trees, removal of trees and heavy trimming back. Highly recommend!!
