Great central location. Sky tower and casino right at the hotel. Walking distant to all the great shops on Queens St and surrounds. Modern clean rooms with comfy beds. The front counter staff and concierge were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. A great experience all round.

Stayed at the Grand, beautifully appointed room. Cleaned and presented to a very high standard. Room service food was extraordinary, highly recommend the gnocchi. Will stay again

We had one of the Premium King Rooms.-Very spacious. Plenty of space to move around and just breathe.-Well lit.-Had a nice view of the city.-Very clean, did not find any mess anywhere.-Bed was enormous and super comfortable. Plenty of nice pillows too.-Really good value for money.-The staff honored my special request by including a sweet note, chocolates and wine to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. That was a nice touch, it meant a lot and was appropriated.-Bathroom was very clean. Nice big shower. My only small issue was that I wish the toilet was a bit further away from the wall.I recommend this room.

Finally had our work Xmas do at Fortuna. Yum.Lots of yummy ham.The staff were working hard, clearing tables and refilling the food.Took my daughter for her 1st time at the casino. Great service from the floor staff and enjoyed the roulette :)

Sky City is great if you want to go to the casino, as well as for the hotel location being mid town and fairly easy for taxis and ubers to get too. Their parking is a bit misleading as it says from $8...they leave out the part where after the first hour it's $16/hr!! Current roadworks and rework of roads make it extremely difficult to find your way to by car as well, despite being the most iconic building in the country.

Room had cobwebs. Disappointed generally with lack of any sort of crockery. Sevice was lacking because limited staff. Location was horrible with road works foot paths and beggers on every street corner. Very intimidating. Food choices very limited in SkyCity and expensive and not great quality.

If I could have given zero stars I would, I was here for the grand opening at Skycity decades ago and I'm very disappointed with the experience today. Food republic is disappointing and not reflective of how beautiful the food can be. The staff are dismissive and don't enjoy being there, c'mon Skycity- you have and can do better.

King suite on H6 looking towards harbour. Bed large and very comfortable. Quiet room.Bathroom with basic amenities and rain head shower.Room has very basic amenities but it's missing some very simple items like cutlery in the room and a coffee plunger and coffee. Crazy carpet design runs through the whole hotel.

Very nice room, feels like newly refurbished. Really good buffet breakfast. Loved my stay. Only downside is came for a very short business visit. Would love to stay longer. :)
