I found them friendly and helpful on the phone and the plumber got here a few hours later to fix our hot water system. Plumber was friendly and did the job quickly and it didn't cost too much. Pretty cool. I'd use them again no problem.

Excellent work carried out to remedy a minor flooding problem by installing an effective drainage solution to connect to existing stormwater drain. The onsite team arrived on time and completed the work as quoted. Definitely use again for plumbing & drainage work!

Have used these guys a couple times now and they've always been fast and super responsive. No jobs too small. Awesome crew and very efficient.

What an absolute shambles.Arranged quote for 8:30am, by 9:30am when no one had turned up and no phone call to advise they were running late, I called them to see what was happening. Eventually the quoter turned up about 10:30am.Nice guy to deal with and was told the quote would take a day or two. Three days later no quote, so called to see what was happening. Told by office staff they would get back to me. Didn’t happen. Called again the next day (now day 4), still no quote but staff said they would chase it up.Quote finally arrived at 3pm on day 4 for $4117 + GST. Now if this was a quote for 4, maybe even 3 days work I wouldn’t have been so surprised, but it was a quote to move a water cylinder and reconnect with a couple of other small requirements. I’m picking a half day job but let’s give benefit of the doubt and call it a whole days work. Only small amounts of extra materials required, so the cost is mostly labour. Since when is the price for a plumber in excess of $500 per hour for a 8 hour day? This equates to $1,040,000 (yes over 1 million) dollars per year based on a 40 hour week.Called to speak with the manager at 3:45 on Friday and no surprises both the manager and the boss are out of the office.I never give google reviews but this performance definitely required one. Thankfully I didn’t just engage their services on charge up with no quote, I’d be broke.Obviously I’m not proceeding with the quote.

I can't rate AllGo Plumbing highly enough! I got seriously mucked about by another crowd that didn't even spot the source of the water leak and, after charging heaps for a callut, then wanted me to pay for their drainlayer to CCTV the pipes. AllGo Plumbing's estimator came onsite at no cost, found the leak within 10 minutes, the plumber was booked same day, turned up on time the next day and it was quickly repaired. That's the kind of professional service I like but which sadly is missing from many providers.

We had an urgent call out last weekend to fix our Pubco toilet. The response and knowledge working with this very old system was professional. The toilet is now fixed and working well. Very impressed.

Ken from the AllGo team, was on site half an hour before we expected him. It was the first official work day after the long Summer holiday's. Even though the plumber was very busy, he fitted us in.
