These guys are 100% arrogant and just rude, and whats more totally unreliable. Was told to they didn't need my business when I questioned them on why there had been several delays - firstly getting a quote and secondly why my date for install had been rescheduled time and time again, Was told that as they are the last tradesman for any job it didn't matter, but logistically it does matter to me. I like to support the locals, shame it's not reciprocated. Clearly business is booming in Carterton. Lets hope the tide doesn't go out anytime soon, because if it does, we'll discover these twits have swimming without their trunks.

Flair have put carpet in three bedrooms and vinyl in four other rooms in our home over the past five years. I am now working with them on a bamboo floor in our main area. The work has always been done on time, at cost, and finished properly. There was an issue with the vinyl in one room, which they came in and settled completely to my satisfaction.I am glad to be able to use a local business, and comfortable in recommending them to anyone in the Wairarapa.

Jamie was great. Knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He treated me like I was a valuable customer, regardless of how I was dressed - unlike other local companies. I was after a reasonably small amount of high end carpet, which I obtained at a great sale price. Thank you for making the experience both enjoyable, straightforward, and efficient.

We went to three stores to choose our Carpet and decided to go with this store because of the excellent and friendly service provided by the sales women (Sorry I forgot your name)We very nearly didn't choose this store because of its google reviews! But in the end glad we did.

Terrible service from these people. How they are still in business is a mystery to me. Waited 2 weeks for a quotes and still nothing so called them up to be told I was top priority and then never heard from them again. Went in and spoke to manager about 2 months later and he said he would follow up and get a quote to me. Waited....waited. nothing. When I called up again, the manager" was extremely rude over the phone. Do not buy from these cowboys."

Ordered an entire house of flooring - majority of it timber, carpet for bedrooms and non slip vinyl for the bathroom and laundry. It look months from measure to installation.Vinyl install went well, so I was hopeful for the timber and carpet.The timber looks great except they didn't use the matching timber transition strip where the timber connects to the other flooring. Instead, they used the absolute cheapest metal strips that looked horrible. They didn't even try to match the transition strip to either flooring that it was connecting. I went back to the shop the following day and was told that's the standard strip" even though the only strips displayed in the shop where the matching timber ones that I was expecting. It took a few more weeks for them to correct the situation.The carpet installer had to come back out as well since he installed the carpet over top of the plastic wardrobe slider door guides

Our experience with Flair Flooring was exceptional. We had vinyl plank flooring laid at our new studio with a very limited timeframe to have this completed before we moved in. However Flair Flooring went out of their way to make it happen and we have so many positive comments about the flooring and it really makes the studio. Thanks Flair Flooring team
