Fabulous location, modern and clean rooms and facilities. Loved our stay there.

What a fantastic venue! Quality of service from Chris, the manager, was great especially when we enquired about spa services and he came up to deliver the menu for the service.Room was impeccable, spotlessly cleaned and well laid out. The use of Real World products was a great touch!Note: Would be awesome if there was a bit more warmth from Ashlee at reception upon our arrival. She was polite and courteous but would’ve loved a friendly smile and human connection to get her customer service to the next level.

Had a wonderful stay at Porters - lovely room, king size bed, with everything you need, and a small private balcony. Perfect part of town, so close to everything, undercover parking included. We found the staff to be absolutely top notch, so welcoming and happy to do absolutely anything to make your stay as good as possible. In particular, we'd like to compliment Christopher, who was so helpful and kind. On the nights we were there, the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast, so we were given vouchers to Maina nearby and it serves about the best breakfast you could find anywhere! Basically, this is a great hotel, they're doing everything right.

This hotel is outstanding. The cleanliness, in room amenities, onsite facilities & service from front desk was absolutely impeccable. The room has everything you need to feel completely relaxed, a well stocked refreshment drawer, glasses, plates & silverware. A coffee plunger, & kettle. The linens are luxurious, beds are comfortable & bathrooms are modern, with walk in shower & double sinks. The room we had, faced the village & was still quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. The hotel offers free gym access at a local gym, onsite laundry (which was super helpful) free secure parking, & other perks that they have in partnership with other vendors. Loved our stay so much!

Beautiful rooms & location. The staff at checkin weren’t super accommodating though. We booked directly through their website & had been emailed payment confirmation. However upon checkin we were informed payment hadn’t been taken which was very confusing. Other than that, this place is great

Lovely boutique hotel, we stayed in a room with kitchen facilities which is such a bonus, they also have a laundry guests can use. Little balcony to sit on and have an afternoon wine. Perfect location. Super friendly reception staff.

I spent two nights in Porters with my family. The hotel location is awesome nearby almost everything you need including laundry and supermarket (beside all kinds of restaurants). The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They didn't keep any effort to make us feel comfortable and give us recommendations for beaches and other places. The rooms were very clean and big enough to fit our small family for a very comfortable stay. We loved staying there and we would go back some day.
