This is a cool little restaurant that serves great Italian dishes. Parking is right outside so access is easy. The service delivery and quality of the food was excellent so, we will be back.

Ate here for the second time. Unfortunately my chicken breast was not cooked properly and was raw in the middle. Lots of apologies from the staff and we where not charged for the meal staff seemed very young but peasant enough. Sorry but I won't be eating here again.

I dined here on locals night, my waitress Nicola was absolutely fabulous, she recommended some of her favourite dishes such as the creamy basil pesto, which is what i ordered and it was just amazing, so creamy and full of flavour. i did not eat it all however the next day it was still delicious. the restaurant was so clean and the decorations were gorgeous, definitely will dine here again. Great place

Had my first meal at Giovanni’s tonight and must say it is honestly the best dine-in you can get in Rotorua! Friendly staff, delicious meals and great atmosphere!

Tried 3 times to contact before posting this review but since noone wanted to call me back, here I am. I ordered 2 gluten free pizzas (at an additonal $4 per pizza) equating to an overall order of just under $80. When I got home (I live 45 mins out of town) and opened the box, I realised we had been, what I can only assume, given childrens pizzas instead of family size. I tried to call and speak to someone, I was told gluten free is smaller and also doesnt look pretty so thats why". These Pizzas were $30 each and were less than half the size of their regular pizzas. When i tried to explain this to the person on the phone

Pizza was okay nothing to rave about. I had to call and go back as they gave me the wrong Margherita pizza. Going back to collect they were waiting on their basil they had sent someone to collect from Countdown. Also ordered the Alpina pizza and instead of rucola there was a bunch of bagged lettuce mix thrown in the centre of the pizza. Overall just lacklustre and would recommend to go elsewhere for pizza.

Haven't dined in yet, but my husband and I have ordered a variety of items for delivery on multiple occasions. This is the ONLY restaurant in Rotorua my husband will order from (he especially loves their pizza) and it's the only food I've eaten where I keep wanting to go back for more! Absolutely delicious, quality food and we can't wait to go there and dine in!
