Don’t recommend at all. I took a galaxy note 5 to these guy, I paid $400 for the wrong coloured screen when I was quite specific with what colour to order, they did not mention at all that they would have to destroy the back in order to get it off so I got the phone back without the glass backing, they glued over my front cam so it no longer worked, they lost my S pen that was with the phone and charged me for a new one, and after all of this, the touch pad stopped working. When I told them about the poor job they done my messages were opened but not replied to, I took the phone else where to be fixed for $120 where they did a great job for not even half the price that phone fix charged me

Do not recommend this place. I smashed my brand new iPhone 8 in June and got the screen “repaired” here which cost me about $150 and after it was “fixed” I was unable to use the right side of my screen every now and again as it had lines running down the side of the screen which would sometimes disappear but then come back. I went back to get them to fix this problem and they were happy to do this for free due to the warranty however they made it worse and now I am completely unable to use it. Due to me being a university student with lots of other commitments I am unable to keep driving back to get my phone repaired here so I will probably just got and pay for it to get fixed somewhere else.TL;DR - Didn’t fix my smashed screen just made it worse and now I can’t use the right side of my screen and it was an expensive “fix”

This guy Richie, had my phone for a fraction over 12 months. Didn't reply to any of my messages or calls. Refused contact. Finally managed to catch him at home after 380+ days and I got threatened, assaulted, and my phone thrown in the bushes. He then proceeded to kick my feet, trying to trip me up while I was leaving his premises and asking which authority his company is under. And I think he tried to bribe his way out of my 1 star reviews by saying he had the battery right there... Meanwhile I'd requested a USB-C Port replacement. What a joke! Absolute piece of work. Avoid at all costs. Will be lodging a complaint with an oversight authority.

The worst experience ever. I had a chip in my screen, and I brought it in to be repaired. I got it back and less than a month later I had pink lines running down my screen and dead pixels. I took it back and was told to wait till they had a new screen in. When they finally had one in, they told me that my phone was no longer covered by the warranty, but they'll fix it anyway. They were really rude to me. Two weeks later, the pink lines returned. I thought I'll just live with it, but now it's so bad that I'll need to take it to be repaired elsewhere. I called them up again today, and they told me i will have to pay $449 for a repair, even though they damaged my screen to begin with. I am so disappointed in this company, really wanted to give them a chance.Edit: if you look at the 5 star reviews, they're from bot accounts. Watch out guys! These guys are dodgy.

Absolutely awesome customer service. Spark quoted me $700 to get the rattley vibration in my phone fixed. Took it in into phone fix, they had a look for 2 minutes and tightened a screw which was causing the whole problem. They did this absolutely FREE!! Really lovely guy in there and very knowledgeable. I’m so happy I took my phone in here and didn’t pay $700.

I've had two terrible experiences with these guys. Not only that they’re pricey, their works were also not so great.1) sent in my phone for lcd repair, got it back with missing screws. I only found out about this after I went to another phone repair store and they pointed out some other things that they did not do2)sent in my laptop for the broken screen, they said it was gonna take a day but ended up taking a week and the work was very sloppy as wellOverall, would not recommend. Even if you’re a broken student like me, it is worth it to pay a little more and get a quality repair.

WARNING!! WARNING!!! Took an iPhone X in to be repaired while in Christchurch on holiday. Was still getting fixed when I had to leave. 103 days later AFTER RINGING AND BEING TOLD SO MANY LIES got it back and only because someone from Christchurch went in personally to see what the story was. AND IT HAD STILL NOT BEEN FIXED!!! Do not have any dealings from this shop also promises to call back but never does.

Such a grate service , down to earth , cheapest I could find in ChristchurchEven managed to fix faults another phone repair shop had caused.Had zip pay,And kept in communication with us about the job.Totaly recommend and would deal with anytime.Totaly value for money and gave free advice and knowledgeThank you

Worst customer service ever. My phone was in for 'repairs' for 1 whole month. The manager lied and had me coming in the store to pick up my 'fixed' phone numerous times when he had no contact with the technician. Many times the manager didn't even know where my phone was when I came to pick it up. When I paid for the phone he didn't make a note of it on the system so I couldn't get my refund for a while because the staff didn't know if I paid for it or not. Do yourself a favour and go to a reliable legitimate phone store because 'Phone Fix' is certainly not one of them.
