Pleasant staff, overall cleansed, good location and decent room size with all necessary facilities, such as microwave and electric jug, etc. The only drawback is that if you do stay for a few days, the bedding won't be made on daily basis and the floors won't be vacuumed at all either, just the shower area gets refreshed.

Not quite sure why this place has a good reputation. I've been here multiple times, hoping next time it would be better, however, I had bed bugs my first and third time. Service was also subpar, my family and I were not welcomed and I hope it was not because we were of colour.I do not suggest this place

On a warm winter evening I went to this supposedly 4 star motel, upon arrival the staff were extremely rude and unprofessionalI tried to look past this detail but when entering my room i was appalled with the state of the place.Urine stained sheets (I hope it was urine honestly who knows what body fluid it was)If I could give it a 0 I would.

The most horrific experience I have ever had to be honest I am at a total loss for words that can express just how terrible the bed was. The customer service if I could rate would be a minus 50 stars. In my 45 years of travel I have not once encountered and experience quite like this I am still in shock.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Will not be coming in again. I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews but I was severely disappointed. We wanted to treat ourselves to what we thought was a more luxurious stay, but this was far from luxurious.Staff were ill accommodating and the rooms felt grimey. Not coming back

Very friendly people.unit was clean. Happy to o back there one day. Only improvement I could suggest is a decent heater in the studio unit.
