We have never had any problems with EFTPOS NZ. - Customer Service & Technical Service has always been amazing - we would never hesitate in highly recommending EFTPOS NZ - when all is said & done our EFTPOS is the life line to our Business- so we need to be Confident & trust our provider - & EFTPOS NZ has always been there for us for 30 years. Thank you EFTPOS NZ.

The new android terminals are horrible. We have constant issues with them not connecting to the internet, going into offline mode and not processing customers payments.Our machines we had prior to these ones were absolutely fine so I don’t understand why we have been given these ones and all this added stress that comes along with them.Please can we have a solution to this problem, I’ve called several times now but it just stays on hold

Absolutely disgusting service. Their terminal was faulty and they are unable to replace for 4 days meaning I cannot accept eftpos for 4 business days. Apart from their call centre the company only work 9-5 monday - Friday so if your business operates at night or in the weekend they leave you high and dry with no service. I will be changing companies immediately and will never use Eftpos nz again, completely unacceptable service

Be very careful when signing contracts with EFTPOS NZ. Our car rentals business was hit massively by Covid-19 and we had to close. We had a contract with EFTPOS NZ setup by one of the previous owners with a number of months left to run on it. EFTPOS NZ showed no compassion for our situation and are charging us full termination fees of over $1000. So disappointing when large companies like this try to take advantage of people during these times. Please look at your other options before choosing EFTPOS NZ. There are companies with better customer service that don't trick their customers into long term contracts.

I recommend to shop around with their competitors who give a much more professional service and better pricing. I have been with Eftpos NZ for many years and have not been valued as a long term customer. Their customer service is poor. They are holding me into another 12 month term even though I have not agreed to it. I would like to take my business else where for better service and pricing.

Absolutely appalling experience. The terminal became frozen after every transaction, contacted support twice a day from Thursday asking for help, explained that Sunday was a Mother's day and we needed the problem to be solved before that. The Mother's Day turned in to a nightmare with frozen payments.It is Wednesday today and the problem is still not solved.Can't wait till the end of contract to go to other company. Would be happy to pay a cancelation fee and leave but they want you to pay the full payment for the entire contract period to let you go.Highly not recommended.

Customer service on the phone is pleasant, I called during the weekend. Got my device replaced quickly as I requested to drop and pick it up myself as they may be short of field technicians to go to my place which I totally understand.

Wish I had of shopped around before signing up with EFTPOS NZ which we inherited from the previous owners of the business I purchased last February. I've been a customer of EFTPOS NZ at my other tourism business for nearly 4-years, but unfortunately EFTPOS NZ were not able to integrate with our reservation system. The system is commonly used by a large number of accommodation providers across NZ including a big chains...! Due to errors happening with the manual thing of processing EFTPOS I have moved to another provider who can connect to my PMS and save errors we were getting from EFTPOS NZ terminals - I now have to pay over $1200 to exit my contracts with EFTPOS NZ! Wish businesses would be more human with early terminations.
