Very bad experience, they stood around for ages wondering what to do, as i was paying per hour this upset me. Worst of all they only moved half my furniture as their truck was too small, then refused to go back for the rest as they had another job". Insisted that i paid immediately. I got ripped off. Wouldn't bother with these guys. I had to call Hamilton Movers to move the rest of my stuff

Aby was quick with communication leaving me well informed with pricing, timing and the movers let me know when they were 30 minutes away.They took great care with my items; checking in with me on fragile items and where items needed to be placed at the delivery address. Good communication, arrived on time with a reminder text 30mins before. Packing and loading, did a pretty good job. Unpacking was in a 2 level house, they were very careful around the stairs which we appreciated.They moved our piano, did an OK job but could have been more careful doing this, wouldn't recommend if you have a high quality instrument.Truck could have done with a few extra blankets and guys - buy yourself some new trolleys, those ones are overdue for retirement! :-)Would have no problem using again, excellent value for money.
