Prompt service time offered; on time arrival; good discussion on options; installed and all working well plus a door service in around 1.5 hours. Reasonable price. Good unit - much quieter than previous B&D model. Glenn the installer was friendly and professional and did a great job.

As a property owner who lives overseas, you worry that the quality of service you receive is going to underwhelming. However in this instance I have to say the service we received from Auckland Garage Door Repair Man was brilliant!!! My tenant phoned them on a Wednesday afternoon and although they were booked solid for a week, they managed to fix the garage door issue by Friday morning. I am stoked with their efficiency, friendliness and willingness to help. More importantly the price was less than I expected to pay for Auckland prices!!!!
